Villa Lucia
is a very spacious holiday home at Episkopi above the bay of  Rethymnon on the island of Crete.
On two floors it provides a total of 250 sqm dwelling space and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The swimming pool has 48 sqm of size.
On the 6,500 sqm property there are also lawns, grapevines, olive-trees, walnut-trees and flower-beds.

Episkopi
is a rather big village above the bay of Rethymnon by the Old National Road to Hania. Many years ago it even was an episcopal see.
Today there is a connection to the New National Road and to the beach (3 kms) which spreads over a distance of 16 kms from Georgioupolis in the West almost to the Cape of Korakes in the East.
